Case 1: Transaction is broadcasted on blockchain already
After checking the history if transaction ID displayed already.
If after 48 hours, your transaction has not been processed yet, please contact us.
Keep in mind that setting lower transaction fees may delay the transaction.
Case 2: There is a message on Wallet “Server has some problems, please try again”.
Please check if the previous transaction is confirmed. Otherwise, you can Not continue to send coins, and have to wait for confirmation.
We highly appreciate if you could send us your crypto’s public address and screenshot in order to trace the issue.
