How Can I Avoid Scams On The Infinito Telegram Group Chat?
Telegram is a great communications platform for companies to engage with their communities and customers. We have made the decision to launch the official Infinito Telegram Group to extend this benefit to all our users.
On the other hand, there is an increasing number of reports of scammers posing as Infinito admins on Telegram, since the launch of the group; this is becoming commonplace across the industry, as well as for any other companies that have a Telegram presence.
As the safety of our customers is always a key concern, here are some tips that everyone should take note of, when on Telegram:

Please be informed that these scammers could have both Bio and Username section on their Telegram account. However, they definitely have the different username which is compared to the one of admin account. Therefore, you must be careful when checking their profile. In case you could identify a fake account is trying to approach you, please immediately block and report it.
We'd like to emphasize that users are completely able to identify the real admin by the Username, and not the Bio. The difference between Bio and Username is defined as following:
+ Bio section: Telegram allows scammers can moderate the accurate content on the profile. example: @fionafong.
+ Username section: Each username can only be registered once. This means that scammers cannot register with a telegram account identical to those already registered by others. Some fake usernames have characters that closely resemble with the real one such as: @fi0nafong, @fionaf0ng, while the real username is @fionafong.
Let's differentiate the Fake and Real Account admin as the picture below:
