The wallet recovery link is only sent in the following cases:
1. When registering an Infinito Account (you will receive 2 emails: 1 Registration Email and 1 Wallet Recovery Email)
2. When you request to resend the recovery email from the app (go to App > Account > Choose wallet > Send wallet recovery email > enter password > confirm)
3. When you change your transaction password. The system will send you a new recovery link corresponding to the new transaction password.
* Not all Users receive recovery email (For example, those who use anonymous mode or those who create accounts/ change password when app has not had above functions yet)
* When you restore your wallet using the recovery link, type "Infinito recovery link" in the search box in the email:
Whether you have one or more recovery emails. Please open one email then try all the passwords you have ever set up on your wallet
* Absolutely do not delete the recovery link, if you cannot access the wallet or forget the password, there is no way to resend your recovery email.
