Here are some guidelines for you to login. 
Then you search "Infinito Recovery Link" (In English) on your mail box if you received an email as below:
You should check the recovery link was delivered on the same day on the day you created the account. 
If you do not have the email on the same day you created the account, there might be some reasons:
1. The email was deleted
2. You created the wallet with another email
3. You created wallet via passphrase/ private key.
In case of option 3, please follow the instruction.
