This is probably because you created more than 1 wallet and confused and confused passphrases among different wallets. Technically, one passphrase generates only one address on Infinito wallet. Please check all recovery links on all email addresses you have, and all passphrase/ screenshot of passphrase on your device and try these tips:
1. RESTORE WALLET BY RECOVERY LINK
Find the recovery link that is sent only once when you registered your wallet with email. However, not all user received this email (For example, a lot of people used incognito mode or registered at the time we did not have this feature).
If you can not find it, please try tip #2.
If you can find it, please follow the step on the link bellow:
https://infinitoservices.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041122032-How-to-restore-the-wallet-via-email
***Note: Whether you have one or more recovery emails. Please open one email then try all the passwords you have ever set up on your wallet
2. RESTORE WALLET BY PASSPHRASE
Every wallet created by Infinito wallet have 12 word passphrase and all users are required to back them up, otherwise the user will not be able to use the wallet functions.
You should check all photo data in your phone, either cloud data, or wherever you've used to store data. Once you find them, please follow the instructions in the following link:

3. IN CASE YOU CAN NOT FIND YOUR RECOVERY LINK OR PASSPHRASE
We regret that we cannot support you in this case. Infinito is a decentralized wallet and we do not store any User information, so we cannot support to resend passphrase, private key or recovery email to you.
